- Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email to follow your package.
- Delivery Areas: We deliver across all major cities and towns in India. Remote areas may have limited COD availability.
Return & Replacement Policy
Due to the intimate nature of our products, returns are not available. But replacement is possible considering the following:
Eligible for Replacement Only If:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incomplete at the time of delivery.
- You received the wrong item.
In such cases:
- Contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving the package.
- Share clear photos or videos of the issue via WhatsApp or email.
- Our support team will guide you through the replacement process.
Not Eligible for Return or Replacement:
- If the product is used, worn, or unsealed.
- If the complaint is made after 24 hours of delivery.
- For issues related to personal preferences (e.g., size, color, or feel).
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
